We are a dedicated team of engineers and certified technicians with passion for process streamlining and optimization in power plants. This could be an existing plant, one in the works or wanting to be rehabilitated.

The team at any site is co-led by Er Gurtej Sra along with a site supervisor.

Er Sra graduated with a B.E. (Mechanical) with Hons from the reputed Thapar College of Engineering (now known as Thapar University) and has worked in power sector since 1971. His experience spans from power plant construction to maintenance, distribution, material management and operational management. Having served as Director Fuel and Efficiency, he brings extensive experience in sale purchase of materials and cost reduction without compromising quality. In the years that ensued, he went on to serve as a Board Member of the Punjab State Electricity Board (since renamed Punjab State Power Corp Ltd) where he led teams across 6 different thermal and hydroelectric plants in the state to set power generation records.

Our other Team Members include trusted Junior Engineers and Skilled workers that have traveled across the globe offering our services. Our work has taken us to places not only in India but across the globe as far as Africa. We work with Thermal Power plants using conventional fuel like coal and gas or renewable sources like wind and hydropower.
